Has anyone else ever wondered how confusing it must be on Gallifrey?

I mean, if every Time Lord had their own TARDIS, how did each Time Lord, and each regeneration of a Time Lord, determine what time to return to Gallifrey? Is there some sort of Gallifreyan Standard Time? A special clock inside a TARDIS that determines when is it safe to go back to avoid a Paradox?

If not, you’d have different regenerations running into each other, and these same regenerations running into the regenerations of other Time Lords. Wouldn’t it’s history be all timey-wimey and not in the right order?

Unless Gallifrey is immune to paradoxes, just like it seems Time Lords tend to be. Or is Gallifrey really just a linear timeline, encased in it’s own special chronospatial bubble? That Time Lords are automatically placed properly when they go to Gallifrey, but are free to go wherever once they leave the planet?

Gallifrey is outside of the rest of the universal time line. you can’t travel in a non-liner time line there.

Gallifrey runs on its own linear, absolute time separate from the rest of the universe.
